Biography Esteban Crespo Garcia

Esteban García Crespo (born in Madrid, Spain, June 10, 1971) is a Spanish screenwriter and film director. He began his career as a filmmaker in the documentary world and has made numerous television works. He later became a consultant and analyst for children’s television content on TVE.  He combined this work with the management of the short films “I always wanted to  work in a  factory”, “Amar”, “Fin” and “Lala” with the latter being nominated for  Best Live Action Short Film at the Goya Awards 2010. 

Esteban Crespo  is a member of the Platform  for new directors, a co-director of the magazine all-historias.com and the three short films he directed have received over sixty national and international awards. Currently he is preparing the film “Lady in the Water” to be shot in South America.
