Every legend comes from a humble beginning. In the world of Film, many of the greatest directors in the world have launched their careers by producing short films. These bite-sized samples of genius are, in many ways, more difficult to create than even a feature-length film; to tell a riveting story in such a short time takes both vision and skill, the likes of which are possessed by those destined for greatness. Eurochannel honors the next generation of up-and-coming filmmakers by sharing their unique work with the world. Euroshorts, a special devoted to the art of the short film, is pleased to present these small, but wonderful stories.

Why are we here? What is our purpose? How long must we wait for these answers? We spend our whole lives waiting for that one special moment, when someone or something will change our lives forever, and justify our existence. It can happen at any moment, under any circumstances, whether we’re ready or not. When that moment comes, will we be able to act? Will we even know it is happening? Vicente Navarro’s short film seeks to explore that question, by showing us an intimate look at a beautiful woman locked in her room, wrestling with these emotions.
