Carrying Destiny (Le porteur de destins, 1999) Director: Denis Mallaval The movie is an adaptation from the book of Gilbert Bordes. With Guillaume Canet and Jeremie Collivault as the main actors, the director Denis Malleval manages to direct a poignant film, strengthened by a very nice soundtrack. Back from the front line, where he lost one of his arms, Antonin discovers that his fiancée got married with another man. The young man becomes a postman but he gets more and more sick and tired of transmitting bad news. |
