Nahum & Sibony: Suspended Shadows
France
Nahum’s heart and soul can be seen in each work of photography. Coupled with 15 years of experience, and an eye for the inner workings of Paris, Nahum’s goal to shoot the great city is as moving as it is ambitious. As a cineaste, he focuses on moving images, and light playing against shadows, making the ordinary extraordinary, and the real surreal. In his exposition called “Suspended Shadow,” the artist shows his view of reality as a work of abstract art.
The writer and psychoanalyst Sibony shows his admiration for Nahum’s work, explaining the finer details, illustrating for us how the borders between reality and imagination bleed together to create a unique, dreamlike vision.
