In Eurochannel, the talented actress stars in the drama Diamond Earrings. In the plot, a pair of diamonds earrings are capable of ruining an elegant, admired and tempting woman, played by Carole Bouquet. Directed by Jean-Daniel Verhaeghe, the film also features Jean-Pierre Marielle and Raoul Bova. A Parisian socialite sells the diamond earrings given to her by her husband. He coincidently spots them in a jewellery shop and buys them for his mistress. She in turn loses them gambling and they are bought once again by a rich Italian diplomat. He turns around and gives the jewels to his mistress...the original Parisian socialite. |
