Euroshorts Switzerland Presentation: Every story needs a good hook; something that grabs the audience and doesn’t let them go. For filmmakers, no genre embodies this challenge better than the short film. To tell a compact story that is as fulfilling and emotional as a feature length production requires extraordinary talent. Now, as part of Eurochannel’s commitment to showcasing the very best in short films from all across Europe, we journey to Finland and Switzerland to sample these bite-sized morsels of the cinema. These two films are an appetizer, a taste of the finest quality cinema from the home of the Locamo International Film Festival, an internationally known showcase that is now entering its 63rd edition. Once you try these two shorts, you’ll be hooked. Larsen (2008) Director: Carlo De Rosa Synopsis: Zora is turning 30, and she couldn't be more confused.
